I received an offer for a L3 systems, integration and test role on Wednesday. The offer wasn’t as competitive as I’d like it to be so I sent a counter offer on Thursday that’s within the L3 band. I got no response back from the recruiter.

Is this normal or do they usually say “we’ll get back to you”? Tomorrow is my last day to accept the offer since I have a 3 business day window to accept. Thanks
