Merch drops and presale is crap.
How u gonna let people order 2 bags and not release anymore for the general sale time. Bullshit let’s it get snatched out of my cart 5 minutes after the presale went up while I’m checking out. And the last “preorder” they ended up not even having the sizes we ordered for all the clothes. I love OTT but this is bs, his merch team, manager or whoever runs this has soured me completely on trying to continually support by buying merch. I’m not even going to try preordering clothes again. Limited quantity preorder shouldn’t mean 5 minutes and you can get it bought out from under you while you’re checking out. I know the team runs the fb group so this post won’t even get approved over there. idk if they also run this page but likely. Fuck me for trying to support my favorite artist right! lol. Hey merch team maybe you can make up the last preorder mistake by letting me purchase the item I’m checking out with 5 minutes after the presale that I signed up for and gave access to my Spotify. Sorry for bitching but I’m so annoyed by this and the last time waiting for months only to be told we dont have your preorder sizes.
