I've been playing a version of this deck for a while. Unfortunately the latest season killed a bunch of the cards I used to use, but with a bit of fiddling and testing, this is my current build.

It usually goes like this: Canari in the remaining Pokemon I need after 1st turn to end with at least 1 Voltorb, 1 Bellibolt, and 1 Killowattrel. Air balloons allow Bellibolt retreats without discarding energy, Levincia pulls back up to 2 per turn from discard, Killowattrel allows me to draw until I have 6 cards each turn (after which I can Levincia back my energy), and Lillies allows me to redraw 6-8 cards.

Drawing all of my energies as fast as possible is the name of the game, which I can attach immediately via Bellibolt's ability. Voltorbs in active spot 95% of the time for only single prize card hits, and after a few turns I can usually 1 hit most ex's.

Thoughts? I'm fairly new to the TCG and I've just been having a lot of fun with this. I did just make it to master tier today in ranked. Any slight change suggestions are welcomed. Or I'd try a different build of this if anyone has any cool combos. TIA!
