Hey night shifters, how heavy are your typical first rounds? How many treatments, Bipaps, etc and how many floors do you cover? What bed size is your hospital and are you in major metro, burbs or rural? Thanks

Can someone tell me what this is? I found it in my front yard in Texas, about a mile away from Lake Travis. It fits very comfortably in my left or right hand, with the middle finger resting on the notched out area. It's hard to tell in the photo, but the light colored area on the top is due to some etchings or scrape marks.
