It’s finally happened! I’ve gotten my first pen from mybmi without the golden dose🥲 I’ve taken the golden dose since I began last year (always being careful and the correct dosage!) with never any issues and I just received my new 15mg pen and the golden dose is gone. I knew this change happened a while ago so I suppose I’ve gotten lucky I got a few extra with it but still is upsetting! Has anyone that was taking the golden dose noticed it hurting their pockets a bit more since having to order more frequently? I think it’s going to be time soon to look for an alternative supplier, almost €400 every 4 weeks seems so much worse than for 5 weeks!!

Looking for a bit of advice here. I’ve been on mounjaro for over a year now, since May 2025 and have officially now lost 30kg! I’ve definitely been slower responder compared to others, I’m on 15mg now and have been for a couple of months and weight loss has completely slowed down. I still have roughly another 2 stone to lose which I’m hoping to lose by the end of the year but starting to feel impossible (only lost 1kg in the last month). I know the correct answer is to keep trying to increase exercise however I feel like I’m slipping back into some old habits of restricting more to get the scales moving which I know is not going to end well!! does anyone have any advice or in a similar boat and what they done to get kickstarted again?

Also to add, I’m really starting to notice loose skin especially on my thighs and arms, I know it shouldn’t get to me but so difficult to know it’s going to get worse! i expected it but still struggling to accept it, if anyone has dealt with this too any advice is appreciated.
