How could i improve my English?

Well, I’ve been learning English for 11 months now, and I feel stuck. Last year, I got my B1 level, but since then, I haven't been able to get any improvement. It feels like stagnation in my learning process. On the other hand, I made a plan and stuck to it, which is about learning new topics every week in order to get B2 in 5 months. It's important to point out that I talk daily with native English speakers, as well as study every day. In addition, I immerse myself only in English, but I still feel stuck. My accent and pronunciation, instead of improving, are going from bad to worse, even though I practice shadowing and pronunciation every day. It feels out of reach to get any improvement in English. I started to do a 40-day challenge speaking more often with native English speakers and writing about my day. However, concerning my pronunciation, it's not really improving.

Any tips to improve my English?
