Is there anything that cansave me from dry mouth and my teeth issues?

I have a question for the moderators. Some 30 MG capsules are around 200 beads and some are less than 120 beads. It takes really longer for those who have 200 beads. I was getting help with the compounding pharmacy by weighing and I came down 112 beads after a whole year. Now, if my brand is changed and the beads are not the same and much less then the one I started. What should I do?

Is it 17.68 mg? Just to clarify.
