MacBooks constantly dropping
I have 5 TP-Link Omada EAP770 and a TP-Link Omada OC220 controller. For some reason, all MacBook devices randomly lose internet over Wi-Fi and then reconnect a few seconds later. The controller doesn’t show any drops, and clients still appear healthy at around -50 to -68 dBm.
I’ve already disabled 6 GHz and WPA3, which helped a lot, but the issue still happens multiple times daily. Around 15 laptops are affected, but not all at the same time, it seems completely random. 2.4 and 5ghz channel show clear and in the green. Speeds to the devices are around 500-700/each via speed test.
I’ve already reached out to support without much luck, so I’m hoping someone in the Omada community has run into this and found a fix.
Devices are MacBook Pro / air all up to date and within a 1 year of age. Google meeting troubleshooting shows small spikes constantly on the MacBook and flat line on my windows laptop.
