It's $929 online but was $499 at my local Costco. I half expected to get to the checkout and find out the price was marked wrong. But the sale went through.

Might be worth swinging by your local warehouse to see if they have them for the lower price.

I know there are doubts about whether it will get to 37°, but at $499 and with the Costco return policy I figure it is worth a shot.
