Does anyone know when you are supposed to find out where your school placements will be as I have had basically zero information from the University of Cumbria about this and I am supposed to start my PGCE with them in 3 weeks time ??

I recently received a phone call from Occupational Health regarding the medical check form I submitted for my upcoming Primary PGCE course. They mentioned that something was flagged and have booked me an appointment with a nurse to discuss it.
The only box I ticked "yes" to was my BMI. While I personally feel BMI is an outdated metric, I am open about being overweight. I have PCOS, which makes weight management exceptionally difficult, though I am actively working on it.
I’m feeling quite anxious that this might affect my place on the course or my ability to start. However, I’m not inactive at all—I’ve just finished a geology degree where I regularly completed intense fieldwork, including weeks of hiking in remote areas.
Has anyone else experienced an Occupational Health recall just for BMI? What should I expect during the appointment? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Hi everyone, a bit of background I’m a recent geology graduate and will be completing my PGCE in primary education starting this September but have recently applied for a really cool opportunity where I would get to go on an expedition to Antarctica. However the expedition would mean I would miss around 7 days of placement just before the Christmas holidays begin. I’m not really sure what to do because I know I have to have all of my placement days but this is such an amazing opportunity that I cannot refuse. Would I be able to make up the placement days elsewhere in the school year ??
