Hi .. I was looking to celebrate my toddlers birthday with friends and their family in Dubai. (Upto 30-50 km radius is fine) Looking for suggestion

Number of people 20 adults and 8 kids.
Not looking to spend a bomb

My first preference was community hall + catering which will workout in my budget of around 100 per head. Which i feel reasonably worth spending, however my family was not convinced

Explored kid friendly returants Farm, social reform, Vida creek all are charging 250 AED per guest for customized menu and charge extra for cake from outside.

Not very keen on outdoor parks because of the heat , MCDONALD'S, and cafes are ruled out.

Not exploring game zones are most of the kids are below 5 years..

Wanted to know if I can get some suggestions tat I can explore. Thanks in advance
