trying to build an mun from scratch.

no pre-made team, no “add 20 people and call it a secretariat” type thing. aiming for november (flexible tbh, depends on how the team turns out). even if it’s just a few solid people, we’ll make it work.

not doing the usual mun pyramid stuff. skill matters. you don’t HAVE to be into mun already, but you should be good at what you do and actually willing to put in work.
