So i have 2 tasks but similar requirements, just different hashtags requirement. Can i post 1 video that meets both task requirements and add those 2 hashtags for the same post? Or do i have to post 2 separate videos with each hashtag? Thanks
Mine has been stuck at 92% since July even though I’ve had more than 25 newer requests and responded to all of them within 24 hours.
Rover says the metric is based on your last 25 requests and updates every 24 hours, so I don’t understand why mine hasn’t changed.
I already emailed Support and just got a nonsense/generic reply that didn’t actually explain the issue.
Has anyone else had this happen or gotten Rover to fix it?
UPDATE: So as i predicted, owner didn’t even look at my last messages on the app lol. So i chatted with Rover support they said i can do it on my end and choose the option “pet parent needs to cancel”, then the parent will need to confirm it on their end. So i mentioned that the owner has always been very unresponsive and i need my calendar to be free for other families so idk when shes gonna accept that cancellation request. So Rover ended up canceled on their end for me. Thanks for helping!
Will it affect your stats? I have a booking coming up in late August but the owner wants to cancel because they’re rehoming the puppy. I asked her to cancel on her end but she’s usually very unresponsive, she hasn’t read the messages either.
I want to make sure i will show up in searches again for other families for those dates. Im tempted to cancel on my end but afraid it will hurt my stats. I have never canceled a booking before. Any advice?
House sitting this 4-month puppy for 10 days, its half way thro and he has a diarrhea. He eats all the bugs that he sees, digging eating dirt so no clue what caused it. Hes still being normal and eating fine. But its been so stressful, he had accident in his crate 2 nights in a row, got on his body and hes a big dog. He sleeps in the same room as me so the room stink so bad. Its a hassle to clean the crate, the room and him, im exhausted.
I did a housesitting for an old couple 5 days ago. When i left she sent such nice messages saying thank you, even said I’m god sent, i did amazing, blah blah and she will gimme a glowing review (i did mention to her when i left that i would appreciate a review). Its been 5 days and there’s still no reviews. Im truing to get as much review as possible because i paused the service for 3 years and just now getting back to it. I already gave her and her pups nice reviews of course. What should i do? Should i ask again? I feel like begging
How do decline rate count on Rover? Some people send request and never answer when i reach back, or their plan change but they didn’t archive their request, so i have to archive it on my end and choose “owner’s plan changed” for my profile to be shown up for other owners again. But im not sure how that would affect my account. I do house sitting but for 3 nights and above only (i did state that on my profile) but sometimes people still send their request then i have to decline them as well😭
