Trying to sanity check this one.
- Reverse merger with EMJ Crypto was supposed to close Q1 2026, but it still hasn’t actually closed yet and timeline updates have been vague.
- It’s an all-stock deal (~$55M), so there will be dilution + they’ve got flexibility on reverse splits too.
- Post-merger this becomes basically an AI crypto treasury play, so feels like it’ll trade way more on narrative + crypto momentum than fundamentals.
