Obviously, since I'm a Tails fanboy, I would act like insanely crazy and hype up & being hyperactive (like tangle get hyperactive) the exact moment I saw it
For me is yes, I honestly love how tails is evolving, like he went from a kid being bullied to following sonic and helpful sidekick but then he became a pretty much treated as a "helpless sidekick" in 2010s and finally going on his own adventure to become a capable independent brilliant hero again. Like see how he is getting popular thanks to Sonic frontier, IDW Sonic, tailstube and these sonic movies. I just have a lot of hopes for tails getting back to his prime again in 2020s like a character growth he always needed, tbh even tho I seen people complain about tails in the preview of memories and beyond, I highly believe that he would do something impressive since he's a genius fighters hero who most of the time use tech stuff & can still fight without tech, i can smell hope there for our most iconics and favorite sidekick.
Listen I know silver is one of my favorites character but I seen how Sega neglected him and makes him dirty even he's pretty much not popular globally unlike shadow, tails or knuckles
As I am huge tails fans and even as a shadow fans, I don't think shadow or tails are better or perfect character. it's just how I like and loves about their writing
Like we all see how he is getting decent character development growth and getting spotlight thanks to the movie, sonic frontier and IDW comic. Tbh I believe he would get his years like shadow got, like maybe he would get his spinoff show after sonic 4 like how knuckles got his Series and his spinoff game solo adventure games after that unnamed mainline game come out in 2027. For me, I'm honestly full of hopes since he's second or third important character of the franchise
For me is likely tails since he didn't even has his own spin off games for more than 30 years and how he was mistreated after sonic heroes or sonic adventure 2, but in sonic frontier where he said that he's going to go solo adventure and become independent & even need to stop relying on Sonic always, which it's give me more hope that tails is getting his own spotlight once again as long as Sega promises, i believe that he would get his own year finally possible in 2027 since it's would be his 35th anniversary, like I am really hoping it's if my dream come true.
For knuckles, he's also a great potential since I enjoy how he was portray in the comic and game even the show since I like his humor thing, I just don't know would he.
For Amy and metal Sonic , maybe the next year because sonic 4 going to released in 19 March 2027 so maybe just maybe for the movie or the game but let's hope they don't steal my idol tails spotlight, I would be okay if it's just for the movie.
For silver, man he's pretty much one of coolest and also cutest hedgehog ever, I like how he was rewriten of his lore and he is pretty much have a good potential having it,
For blaze, well she's a good written and great character in the series since It's would be very cool if she got it.
