My wife and extended family hold about 1200nma in Burke County ND. The family recently sold off their rights. My wife retained about 200nma. Same firm that purchased is trying to finish the entire chunk up with a higher offer to my wife. Around $2500/acre. Property I believe is considered mature as it has 3 wells on it for several years if I recall correctly. Production payouts have come down quite a bit since initially drilled. Wondering if anyone has any thoughts on what a fair offer would be.
