Accommodations for disabled students
I’ve never rlly received accommodations for my disabilities AuDHD + a learning disability bc I was diagnosed after graduating HS. I’ve never receieved proper help from anyone for that matter. What are reasonable accommodations I could ask for? I’ve been reading the reviews for the center I’m heading to and other disabled students are saying the staff is not helpful at all towards them. 🥲 I consider myself very disabled I need lots of guidance but due to a lack of it I don’t know what I should receive/ what I need. Also I don’t see any medical professional for my disorders bc there is little to no medical help for adults with my disabilities. I can’t have any medical professional sign off on my disorders I only have the letters that state my diagnosis; will that be a problem?
