Finally did Instagram advertisement and it accused of AI

Finally decided to spend a little money to advertise two of my books on Instagram and just few hours later I get my first comment "just two shit books that are ai"

I know this happens to a lot of people now and finally it happened to me. It's so annoying. I spent a lot of money to get my covers made by REAL people. And the advertisement photo of the books was made by someone too. Instagram tried to say my post might have ai in it and I have no idea how to get that off. It's annoying to pay so much money for everything to be made by people and then told you're using AI. I'm broke but I know how important it is to pay real people for art.

I just wanted to finally advertise my book to try and get more readers. Ugh fuck ai... It's ruining so much.

Just wanted to rant

Thanks for listening.

How fast we can go from ok to hell

It's bizarre how quickly we can go from feeling good to hell.

Yesterday I was down bad. My fatigue had me having trouble standing. My weakness made me skip washing my face and doing my nightly routines. I was in bed all day. I had the world crushing my shoulders and squeezing me tight. I was so depressed and felt as if life wasn't worth it. I imagined how my family would take it if I took my own life. How could I explain to them that it was the best thing for me. Don't worry I don't want to die, I'm also in therapy and seeing a psychiatrist. But in these flares nothing else matters, I can't find anything but misery. I feel as if I'll never get better, and I fall on my bed in dread and despair. It's cruel and unfair.

Then I wake up in the morning feeling totally okay. The fatigue is there but not overtaking. The pain is there but not bothersome. I can move without feeling a thousand pounds on my shoulders. The weakness is gone and I can do things. I'm washing my blankets, cleaning my bathroom, playing video games with my mom. Changing my Chickens water. I am okay and I feel as if I have a chance at a normal life. Not perfect, still ill, but I am doing and that's all that matters.

These two things are so opposite of one another it's almost unbelievable. How I can be tortured so terribly one day and then the next it's like it never even happened. Fibromyalgia is cruel and unusual. I am glad I have this communities who understands exactly what I'm talking about.

Thank you for reading.

Strength training

For those of you who actually were able to strength train and still do... How did you achieve it? I want to add it to my life because I know it's good for me and I am turning 35 this year so I need to take care of myself. But shit I have 1lb-2lb weights that fill sooo hard for me. This fibromyalgia weakness and fatigue really crush me and just seems impossible to push through it. But clearly it is possible ... So for those with fibromyalgia that was able to push through and continue pushing through and can do strength training... How did you do it? How do you keep doing it?

Thank you for your answers.

So sleepy it hurts and brings on other weird feelings?

I was trying to see if other people feel like this. Obviously we have fatigue all the time but there's certain times where we feel more fatigued and probably around bedtime or naps. I noticed when it's getting close to bedtime at night time for me my fatigue obviously gets much worse but also so much so that it hurts? I don't know if this makes sense but sometimes, actually more than just sometimes, the fatigue squeezes me and it's not really a pain but it does hurt?

I don't know how to make that make sense. It's a "pain" I can't shake until I fall asleep but sometimes it's hard to fall asleep with that feeling.

I also noticed that sometimes I start to feel anxious like I'm never going to fall asleep but I know I will. I actually don't have an issue with falling asleep now or staying asleep because of gabapentin, but it doesn't really give me the restorative sleep because I'm always fatigued anyway, no matter how much I sleep. But I don't know how to explain it but I get this feeling in my muscles of anxiousness of needing to go to sleep but like I'm never going to sleep but also like this feeling isn't going to stop? I don't really know how to explain it.

I mean it's probably just my anxiety mixed in with fatigue. I also have severe depression so that doesn't help. But why must we have to also suffer with these weird feelings when we already have everything else?

Sometimes I imagine this must be what a baby feels when they're fighting sleep and crying because they don't want to sleep. Their tiny muscles squeezing together and causing chaos.

Anyone else also suffer with this? Thanks for your answers.

The Fibro Show

I just wanted to post about the fibro show on youtube. It's a podcast about fibromyalgia. Now they only do it once a month but they have a bunch of them already posted to watch and I think they're very helpful. Basically the show is "a, part-talk show, part-vlog, and part-webinar series dedicated to providing education, support, and advocacy for people living with fibromyalgia. It is co-hosted by Dr. Ginevra Liptan, a physician and author, and Sharon Waldrop, a board-certified health coach, both of whom have personal experience with the condition."

Dr. Ginevra Liptan wrote the fibro manual. Which I definitely suggest reading! If you haven't watched their podcast yet I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a newer research and just comfort from people who have fibromyalgia as well. The newest podcast has the creator of the tonmya. Now I'll probably never actually use that medication, (not that I think it's worthless or anything) but he gives a lot of good information and just good kind insight.

I highly recommend the podcast to anybody looking for more information and just wanting to feel like you're heard and you're not alone. ❤️

And apologies if this has been posted before. I hope everyone has a wonderful day no matter what fibromyalgia is trying to take from them. You got this!

(I didn't post a link to the YouTube cuz I didn't know if that was against the rules sorry)
