Hello, we are heading to the Philippines in April/May for a trip focused on diving and sightseeing.

In the Visayas, we plan to visit :
Panglao, Bohol, Siquijor, Apo Island, Malapascua, and Padre Burgos on Leyte (to see whale sharks).

Around Palawan, we’ll do :
the El Nido to Coron cruise, Pandan Islands, Apo Reef, and Puerto Galera.

In what order do you recommend us to plan our itinerary, considering weather conditions? We were thinking of starting with the Visayas to maximize our chances of seeing whale sharks, but we are concerned that the weather might deteriorate more quickly around Palawan by early May.
