Faulty CT wiring?

Faulty CT wiring?

Finally got everything up and running, things were looking great. And then we had a power shutoff event, and none of my batteries kicked on. Inside the Enphase app grid status was listed as "Unknown". After power came back I had to reboot the system to get it to recognize the grid power and get my backup circuits turned back on.

After an hour so of Enphase support, they recommended I contact my installers, which I did. They're not the most punctual or responsive people in the world, so I've been digging into what might be wrong. After the back and forth with Enphase, my app stopped reporting exporting any power. It's not really reporting importing power much either but I think our batteries are just getting us through the night.

from today

Last week, it looked normal.

Last week

Is this likely a CT clamp / wiring issue? Something I could potentially fix myself?

*Edit: adding some extra graphs.

First day we had some outages, went out about 3 times. Once at 3 am, a little later in the day ~4:15, and one last time for the rest of the night around 8. Never had a "grid outage" indicator on the graph.

Next day, more high wind events. Every time power dipped out and came back, I had to flip the switch under the gateway off and back on to get it to recognize the grid.

And finally, the day I was on the phone with Enphase and they were trying stuff. This is when exporting looks like it's no longer counted.

At one point support had me manually flip the "off grid" switch in the app, which would take down my backup circuits and then ALSO wouldn't let me flip it back to "on grid" in the app. Had to reset the gateway.
