Hi,I love cats and rescue some.I built a sturdy simple screened room up against my dining room.it was original a patio. that had a concrete base. its 12*16 feet,no electrical or plumbing. its roof goes under the houses eaves about a foot.also,it has two doors and some wood and glass,but mainly screen material to keep the cats in. my question is if a fire unrelated to the catio destroyed my house would farmers insurance deny the claim by saying something like the catio wasn’t permitted etc .I dont care if they dont pay for the catio,but Im worried about my house. I am in Sacramento ca.please only people with factual knowledge answer please not just some dumb dumb opinion. thanks

My tank didnt come with instructions.I installed the tank and put inside the beveled rubber washer with a metal washer above it.then under the tank I did the same thing,except a flat rubber washer against the toilet and a metal washer behind it.everyone on the internet is saying it will leak because of the metal washer.It isnt leaking.Should I remove the metal washer and re-tighten.Fyi I cracked the first tsnk tightening the bolts to tight and Im afraid I will have issues.shouldnt I just leave it be?
