A few days ago I posted a question post wondering what type my miniature was.

I got so many helpful tips and wonderful words of encouragement that I wanted to share the result of my hard work. Lovely that so many people encourage you into a new hobby!

I am not new to painting but I am new to painting miniatures. I know one instance is not enough to become better, so I will probably purchase a relatively cheap series of miniatures in a box so I can have some mileage to improve with. Will report back when I got a lot better.

Especially the face is not that good, and since I was going for more cell-shading type of paintjob, I think the cloth and the legs especially worked out really well.

I got this miniature from a blindbox last week at a convention. I primed it and I want to start painting it soon, but I really don't know what creature or race this is. Can someone help me figure this out?

I apologize that the photos are hard to see because of the black primer.
