My abs are pretty much still fully numb from cryo so it creates this funky, flat look right under my sternum, I have 3 bars and 0 restrictions

I’m still dealing with numbness and lack of motor control in my abdominals, also rib flare but I’m really happy with my body now and my lung capacity has definitely increased a noticeable amount, I’m essentially back to full activities, I do avoid any weighted twisting motions or impact to my sides
