5 days in Hobart in December ; what are somethings we can’t miss out on?

You read it…. What are your top things to do! Our first time in Tasmania, we are visiting friends in Hobart so aware we should spend more time if we could exploring but, we don’t have the time. We like nature, hikes, wildlife, great coffee, food and drinks! Pubs/wine bars and culture (MONA is on the list for sure) otherwise I’m all ears to suggestions

Is Broome worth a visit?

Context; F32, coming up to the last 6 months of my third and final WHV, leaving Australia at the start of next year and don’t foresee a time where I’ll be back living for an extended period of time. I’ve booked an organised tour of WA in a few months, as I will be travelling solo. I can extend to Broome, I’ve got a good friend who lives in there but she isn’t sure if she will be in Broome whwn the bus gets there because of her swing with work. I’ve never been, if my friend (main reason of going to Broome) isn’t going to be there, is it worth the visit? It would be for a couple
of days. I probably wouldn’t have a car. I love nature, animals, slow lifestyle, and wanting to see beautiful parts of Australia before I leave next year. I’m in limbo of booking my flight home to Melbourne from Broome sooner rather than later before it gets crazy expensive and sticking with the plan of seeing Broome regardless of my friend is there or not….. or get the free return back to Perth.

Help a sista out for those who have been to Broome!
Thanks
