Parking at Manchester campus, OC
Hi everyone! Tomorrow will be my first time attending an in-person class at West Coast University’s Manchester campus in OC. I have a class at 8:00 AM tomorrow and another class on Thursday at 3:45 PM.
I’ve read a few posts saying that parking at the Manchester campus can be pretty limited, so I wanted to ask what parking strategy you guys would recommend.
For those two class times, would you suggest just driving straight to the Manchester campus and trying to find parking, or would it be better to park at the La Palma campus and take the shuttle over?
I’ve also heard that first-term students aren’t allowed to park at the Manchester campus. This is actually my third term at WCU, but my previous terms were online, so this will still be my first time attending classes there in person. I already have a parking permit, so would I be allowed to park at Manchester, or is there some other restriction I should know about?
I’ve also heard that WCU offers free valet parking at Manchester. How exactly does that work? Is it reliable, and do you usually have to arrive much earlier to use it?
Since this will be my first time going to campus in person, I’d really appreciate any tips on how early I should arrive and what usually works best for parking.
