How much is one customer worth for you ?
Hey guys, I'm trying to understand better the economic value of a lead and of an acquired customer. Also trying to understand for freight forwarders offering "10% for each client", how the 10% is calculated, is there transparency on that calculation, and what stops them from going to the customer directly. For context, I've been looking into lead generation and client acquisition for freight forwarders as an independent. Appreciate any insight.
