SAP learning hub practice system issue

When I opened my SAP learning hub practise system for ABAP backend cloud certification prep, it is showing the below error. I even tried to enroll for new system and that is stuck in "preparing system access"...anyway I can contact support or is it for everyone?

I wanna know if anyone recieved any communication for the walk in drive conducted on the mentioned date and location? I went through TR and MR rounds and was informed I'll recieve call about feedback. Is it always this delayed for feedback or i was just a number in their statistics? Role was SAP ABAP. There were few who did ai/ml and other roles
