I have a very specific need for a USB C hub/dock for my S24U
Hey,
I bought a second hand S24 Ultra, and I'm really loving this phone. It's very close to replacing my laptop, but there are some limitations I'm facing at the moment that a USB C hub/dock would solve when using DeX.
I'm not an expert on these things, but I list below all the features that I need:
- a hub that supports ethernet cable, as I want the option to switch to wired connection if WiFi lags, or if I just need a more stable ping
- supports microsd cards
- at least 3 USB A slots.
- at least 2 USB C slots
- at least 1 USB C charging/power delivery that charges the phone while plugged to a monitor/TV
- support for 4K60Hz HDMI if I plug my phone to my samsung TV
- my current USB C hub doesn't detect my 8bitdo ultimate wireless 2.4ghz dongle, but bluetooth works fine. I would love it if the dongle you guys recommend supports 2.4GHz wireless receivers/dongles
I apologize if links are not allowed, but this is something I was considering on buying: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0BXDSPSPW . so, to sum it up all, does that USB C hub support all the features that I just listed? is it a good quality hub? or are there better alternatives?
also, are there like docks for phones that come with all these features, where you just drop your phone to a "stand" which has all your peripherals plugged in?
EDIT: I think I'm going with this: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0D17DVZDM . it offers all the ports I could need, says that it supports 4K60, charging through power delivery port while plugged to a monitor... like it's supposed to have it all. feel free to add in comments if you think there are better alternatives!
