Making a brew for the first time and wanted to know after I add all in actives and actives plus flavor etc would I filter it and I’m using a coffee filter so should I wet the filter or keep it dry

Just wanted to know how many 25mg prometh pills should I Cwe and in how much water should I use for a 2 pint recipe ?
