I am on the last few days of my first month of 4 mg dose after 1 month on 1.5 and the last day or so I have developed terrible gas and bloating. Maalox anti gas and Tums have barely done a thing. Does anyone have a recommendation for something that worked for them?
I seriously debated whether to take my pill this morning, I felt so awful (I did).

11 pounds lost in first 4 weeks on 1.5 dosage. Eating mainly Mediterranean diet, not counting calories. Minimal sweets and alcohol. Very happy with the pill so far. Food noise not as quiet as at first so looking forward to moving up to the next dosage of 4 mg on Saturday.
