My fifth time fading
This is the fifth time I have faded my own hair. This time I decided to go for a high fade. My right side is a bit harder as there is some inconsistent hair growth. I would like to get some tips on how to deal with that.

Today I did my second fade. I am happy with the result, but please be critical. I want to improve!
On the right side, near my temple, I made a mistake. I wanted to use the open lever with no guard just below the next guideline, but I accidentally closed the lever. I tried to fix it as much as possible.
My very first fade. Watched a lot of tutorials, and really tried to understand how what the lever and guards do. Pretty happy with the result. Definitely a lot of room for improvement.
Also I wanted to touch up a bit more but then I was scared to make a mistake somewhere and ruin it.
Any tips for improvement?
Hi everyone! I’m new to this community and I’m about to cut my own hair for the first time tomorrow.
I’ve done quite a bit of research on finding the right clipper and trimmer combo. Initially, I was looking for something in the €50–60 range.
Just for fun, I walked into a hairdressing supply store, and I ended up making an impulse purchase. I bought the Kyone Ultima Hybrid Pro clipper and the Kyone Vintage Zero trimmer. After a bit of negotiating, I got both for €150, while the listed prices were €120 for the clipper and €70 for the trimmer.
What are your thoughts on this setup? Was it a good purchase? How do they perform?
