As far as my memory goes the veteran shop was only avaiable by playing at least one match for 7 consecutive days. Is this still true with the new shop mechanics? Also, can anyone inform me if Valdor already appeared in the card shop this year?

With the new shop mechanics i wonder why i cant get Valdor since its literally the last card in the whole faction that i still dont have. Are legendary warlords an exception?
