"Are you kidding me." challenge not unlocking

I've been trying to get this challenge for some time now, but no matter what I do I can't seem to unlock it. I looked it up and the description seems to indicate that I need to die on the exact last note of a song, but I did that and it didn't unlock it. I also read that it might be referring to dying on the semi-last note. I also tried this, but still nothing. Any help?

Looking for a specific moment of the Tapasa punching through the panels.

Hey all! I remember seeing a specific page in Berserk where one of the Tapasa is punching through the panels. His fist was straight up going through the panels and towards the camera, which I thought was really cool. Does anyone know which chapter that's from? If not, then can someone send something similar (perhaps Guts' sword clipping out of the panels, doesn't even have to be from Berserk really). Thanks in advance!
