Hi everyone,

I’m moving to Pune for work (office in Baner) and I’m looking for either:

- a pre-occupied 2/3 BHK with female flatmates, or

- a good PG setup near Baner/Balewadi.

Budget is around ₹10k–₹15k depending on the place. Move-in around 1st June, but I’m flexible with dates.

I’ve explored quite a few PGs already, but most of them didn’t really have the peace/privacy I’m looking for. I’ll also be preparing for competitive exams along with work, so I need a quieter setup where I can study after office hours as well.

I actually liked setups like Zolo Townhouse (Patil Nagar) because even though it’s double occupancy, it still gives decent privacy - attached washroom, kitchen/fridge inside the room, controlled access, cozy setup, etc. The only issue is that it’s around 4.5 km from my office, so daily commute becomes inconvenient.

So ideally I’m looking for:

- Safe & hygienic place

- Private room preferred (or at least peaceful setup)

- Good accessibility to Baner office areas

- Respectful and communicative flatmates

- A place where people understand boundaries/privacy in shared living spaces

I’m okay with furnished/semi-furnished/unfurnished flats. Even okay renting furniture separately if the location and setup are good.

Preferably looking for direct owners or existing tenants/flatmates only (trying to avoid brokerage if possible).

I’ve already explored a LOT of PGs and honestly, most decent and reasonably priced PGs either:

- don’t have single occupancy,

- feel too cramped,

- or just don’t seem very comfortable long term.

Since I’ll also be preparing for competitive exams alongside work, I’m looking for a quieter/private setup where I can study and decompress after work. Renting an entire 1 BHK alone would get too expensive, which is why I’m looking for shared flats with people who are respectful and easy to live with.

I’m okay with:

- Fully furnished / semi furnished / even unfurnished flats

- Renting furniture/appliances separately if needed

- Sharing space with working professionals/students

What I’m mainly looking for is:

- Good location (preferably close to Baner/Balewadi office areas)

- Safe & secure locality

- Hygienic space

- Easy accessibility

- Flatmates who communicate properly, cooperate, respect privacy, and are mindful of shared living spaces

I know this sounds very specific 😭 but if we’re going to stay together, basic consideration and cleanliness matters a lot.

I’ve already tried Facebook groups, Flat & Flatmates, brokers, apps, etc. but finding a genuinely good place at a reasonable price has been surprisingly difficult.

Also, I’m preferably looking for direct owners or existing tenants/flatmates. Trying to avoid brokerage if possible.
