Divorce in UAE (both Filipino)
Hi everyone, just want to ask about a situation. I was married in Ph to a Filipino last 2021. But we are separated already due to cheating for almost 4yrs now. I dont plan on getting back with him and I am wanting to divorce him so I can remarry. Is there a legal way that I can do it here in UAE? I am a resident here but he is not. What are the documents that I need to prepare and how is the process if I can file it here in Dubai since there’s no divorce yet in Ph. Thank you for your help!
