I completely screwed up my interview even if it was just basic questions. How do you deal with rejections? For context this was the first interview i had given in a while and the question was soo basic....just feeling a bit down about it...
Hi everyone wanted to ask if compliance issues i.e. rto metrics etc, is giving a rating of 4 as per internal calculations, does it mean that my rating will be below par at 4, my pm says that they are trying to push it up, but seems no way it'll happen.
Hello everyone! Had a question how private is reddit, can people find my original name if i post something here....I have some very controversial details on the people in my company which shocked me basically and want to make sure if I discuss about certain people as well as the toxic atmosphere its okay........appreciate the responses!
Hi everyone, i completely missed my RTO metrics during the busy season and it just went downhill from there. It has been an extreme busy season with me sleeping at 6 am and then getting back up at 11am. It was brutal. This continued for weeks. Now I'm super worried. Am I going to be sacked due to RTO. My feedbacks are great at 80% with a couple of managers talking well about me and getting me staffed in projects. But I'm wondering how bad my ratings are going to be. Please help!!!
