I temporarily installed the bridges to get a feel for the action. Soon to be removed to work on the rock faces, riverbed, etc.

Just sharing something in-progress. I wanted a scene with a lot of visual interest to replace a bit of the layout that was dead boring. I used hot glue to tack the cardboard strips, plaster cloth from amazon (way cheaper than Woodland Scenics brand) and bridge abutments from Cornerstone. Bridges are Atlas and Cornerstone. I was just making rocks from plaster and rubber molds and dropped some, made a huge mess that was so much fun to clean up and decided to take a break and post these.

Plaster, Sculptamold, molded rocks, paint, etc - lots of work ahead.
