What exactly hampers the gameplay in Duke Nukem 3D 20th Anniversary?

I’ve been in a binge of replaying the build engine trifecta and have been thoroughly enjoying “cursed” version of Duke 3D. I’m not seeing any differences in gameplay though, and have been aiming with the mouse just fine without auto aim. What the gripe people have with the gameplay? I notice no difference between this version and Megaton Edition.

Chicken of the Sea sardines, whole wheat crisp bread, cream cheese and chimichurri. Always slaps.

I’m now addicted to tinned mackerel.

Definitely my new favorite snack as a diabetic that needed something low carb to yam on between meals and my blood sugar allows for it.

While wheat crackers, cream cheese, chimichurri seasoning and sometimes a few drops of Espinaler sauce
