Does the new map favor attack? I have played it 5 times now, 4 defense and 1 attack and have lost all 5!

We may have our next PCS to Ramstein. In one hand I’m really excited because it will be a 4 year adventure, in the other hand, I am the dependent who has a nice career here in the states doing graphic design.
If you are a spouse, what was your job hunt like there? Were there good opportunity in the surrounding area?
I was looking at USA Jobs and so many of them only offer you $15-$17 per hour… I’m over 40! To go back to that is insane to me.
Looking for any tips, advice or insight you may have.
