Gird your loins.. For those who’ve booked with tour groups in Luxor for 2027, be on the lookout for steep rise in prices. Just got an email that the cost of our tour went up by $3k per person. Painful. The travel agency has no control over this. The price rise is evidently all originating from the Egyptian tour operators and hotels. I’ve read multiple posts about people warning about this, but was hoping we would avoid.. alas. Now to decide how much is too much for 6 min and 23 sec of totality…
