Lump in my neck

I have had this lump in my neck since I was around 13, I’m now 20 (F) and it’s never gone away, it’s about the size of a marble and it’s only noticeable when I position my head in a certain way, it’s circular and moveable and doesn’t hurt, it just freaks me out every now and then when I notice it again as I forget it’s even there as it’s been so long…
Should I be concerned about this, was previously told it was muscle when I was 13.

I’m 20 years old and 5’6 and 50kg, female, I recently had a 24hour ecg done, they said no abnormal findings were recorded, however said I have sinus tachycardia,

‘ On reviewing her tape, the basic rhythm was sinus. There were no pathological tachy arrhythmias seen and there were no significant bradycardias or pauses. The marker was not pressed. The average heart rate was 92 bpm during the day, 60 at night and 80 over the complete recording. Maximum heart rate was 149 bpm and this was sinus rhythm, at 7.59 in the morning, the minimum heart rate was 48 bpm at 1.54am. Average heart rate was slightly elevated at 92 bpm’

I suffer badly with health anxiety and my GP isn’t in, I have been reassured by the cardiology team that I don’t have anything to worry about and have recently found out that I’m deficient in B12 and low in Iron aswell could this be causing the slightly elevated heart average or could that just be my norm? I’ve been tested for thyroid issues which came back fine along with my full blood count.

Thank you.
