Crime of passion for d4vd?

So, I disagree with the prosecutions motive. I think it was a crime of passion wherein he snapped during a fight. After which he had oh f$#k moment and covered his tracks and thought of every way possible to discard of body. But he realized he can still use her as a muse after death ...he sung 'afterlife' twice in concert. And I think he held on to thr corpse to be as close to her as long as possible as he was obsessed.

Can the jury vote down to second degree shmurder? Otherwise, as I thinknits the wrong charge, I'd vote NG on actual first degree shmurder, but guilty on the rest.
