I can do mixed voice but only static pitches because i think my throat is too tense so it's basically useless, i don't know how to move forward with this

Help with mix
Im working on my mix and i can kinda hit the high notes but throat is way too tense for me to be able to actually use them in any way as you can hear, I don't know how to get rid of the tension, anyone got some tips? 🙏
