Looking for an easygoing F flatmate to take the second bedroom in a 2BHK in Paharganj, Central Delhi starting around October 1st.
About Me:
19F, balancing undergrad studies, freelance web design, and a full-time corporate job.
Weekdays are mostly focused on work and study. Evenings and weekends are for unwinding, listening to good music, having a drink, and keeping a calm, relaxed environment at home.
The Space & Setup:
Personal Terrace: Private open terrace for morning coffee, evening drinks, or open-air work setups.
Your Room: Unfurnished—you will need to bring your own bed/mattress and wardrobe/closet.
Living Area & Appliances: Common area furniture is rented from Furlenco. Currently no AC. We will split and install a geyser before winter sets in.
Expenses Breakdown (Your Share):
Monthly Rent: ₹7,500 (Total flat rent is ₹15,000 split 50-50)
Security Deposit: ₹7,500 (One-time, refundable)
Furniture Rent (Furlenco): ~₹1,037 (Total ₹2,074 split 50-50)
Water Bill: ~₹300 (Total ~₹600 split 50-50)
Electricity & Wi-Fi: Split on actuals (mindful electricity usage appreciated—switch off when not in use!)
