Can someone tell me what this is? I thought it was Wenkebach but the 23s mark confuses me. I thought Wenkebach was “longer longer longer drop”. Wouldn’t there be 3 beats again before the next drop?

For context I’ve been diagnosed with first degree AV block and I do go into Wenkebach at night per a 30 day Holter monitor. However I have never caught it on Apple Watch.

My questions are:

Is this what it looks like?
Can GI distress cause this? I ate something that’s causing a GERD flare up and I felt short of breath, which is why I took this.
