Financially Literate Only, is 275k a year enough to live in Denver Suburbs, enjoy life and maximize retirement accounts?
I make 175k base, sometimes in the upper 230k if I want to work OT.
My wife makes 100k annually.
We are debating on moving to Denver, and truly wondering if we can swing all expenses that come with all (hidden) ones.
Willing to spend lower 600k on a home, and now I'm seeing more in depth things like car registration is crazy, home owners insurance and much more.
With all tax implications, and not having to live with just a little to breathe, could we still max basic retirement accounts out as well on our income? 401k and Roth IRA is our basic accounts.
