I built Hilo, a free open-source personal health dashboard to centralize my daily health data.

Features :

📊 Blood pressure — Aktiia / Hilo PDF import, charts, stats, targets
💤 CPAP/PPC sleep — direct sync with OSCAR V2, night-by-night detail
⚖️ Weight — manual or Withings API
🚴 Cycling — Withings GPS import, map, elevation
📈 Correlations between BP, sleep and weight

Runs locally on Mac and Windows, no cloud, no subscription.
