Our whole store has been outta power since Monday ! It’s now Wednesday & nothing ! I don’t understand why our business is not a top priority to OGE ! Customers are probably mad , workers are getting no pay due to no power, they just want us to sit in a dark building with no ac & just hope it gets magically fixed . I’m so irritated.
Currently 1 month into pharmacy & I’m starting to like it . My tech license should b in next week , it’s a job you learn something new everyday. The rude customers/ customers in general I can handle, I’ve been in customer service since I was 16 😭 . My first week in , I was definitely reconsidering it was a lot harder but it’s slowly smoothing out .
I gave sb the wrong prescription tdy 🥺 I cried so hard . They paid for what they got under the right name & I had one sitting next to me cause the lady was gonna drive back around in drive thru cause it wasn’t ready yet and I mistakenly gave the lady in front of her hers & the other lady’s . The phone number wasn’t right on the profile they said they didn’t know the lady . I didn’t charge her for it I just accidentally gave it to her I got confused I had to put an id on file & I just grabbed an extra prescription 🥺 everybody was telling me they’ve done it b4 and the meds I accidentally gave her wasn’t no narcotics it was antibiotics, I’m hoping the lady brings it back . My first ever mess up and I just feel terrible I just feel awful it was a wholeheartedly mistake yk . My team was reassuring me but I just didn’t mean to do that . This my 3rd week in pharmacy almost 4 weeks I won’t let it happen again
