I've joined DNB surgery in Mumbai ats almost 4 months now and it is mentally and physically so exhausting for me especially I'm from South and still trying to get adapted to the culture and language Besides that there is no one more personally connected to me here I feel like I wanted to leave this seat but I can't think of any other idea also I'm fully struck not wanting to continue but leaving the seat is also I'm scared that I won't be able to do anything Just help me out guys what should I do Should I continue or leave the seat
