Credentialing/office admin process.

Well, about starting private clinic, primary care. ( I am IM trained, hospitalist slowly going to outpatient world. For this year, will keep part time nocturnist position for better/smooth transition). DEA/State licenses are done. Location- bucks county PA, will be sharing office with podiatry for now.

  1. can someone walk me through t make sure iM on right track. I cannot start credentialing before locking office address/location, right? I already reached agreement with podiatry doc office to share the office.

  2. for now, I will start as cash based (I know/in contact with a company with a couple hundred seasonal workers. That company is fasilitating "seasonal DPC" type of agreement with me, so at least I have soemthing to start with).

  3. Next. Im struggling to find/hire office manager or a company who can start credentialing and other primary care clinic setup. Any rec.s?

  4. Any rec.s or what you have done differently If you are about starteing a new primary care clinic?

  5. Any other thoughts or recs are appreciated.

Thanks

Sorry in advance if ur feelings hurt. But hear this if u have time, if not skip it. Berk became a bond fund; no tangible investments and WB who is 94yo, retired and G Abel is close to retirement age. So, they r so afraid of loosing money and keep piling cash. No big investmnets past 4 yrs, almost no investmnet on last Iran war dip, like net seller. No buybacks (forgive me for that tine stuff Greg did , was a slap or a joke, no more). I feel, they r thinking and acting like real retire peopel; no risks, just keep money in risk free bonds. am i right? lol

well, TMO, BSX, MDT, ABT, Danaher all down like lowest or close to lowest ytd/52 weeks price. Healthcare is a different business, kinda must have. As population growth, average age is going up, more heart/cancer diseases r getting "younger". I feel, more and more money r being shifted into ai/tech related hype (boom, if u think so). any other thoughts? Maybe a good entry time ? (i started small abt, veev, gehc, bsx, tmo positions).
